Let's check the operation of Nikko transmitter (it is the
"Dictator Jr." transmitter) and that is very common in 1/14 scale Nikko cars. The printed circuit is TN6500 reference and encoder circuit is UPC1069C. It is Full Funtion with Turbo.

The encoded signal goes output from pin 2 of the encoder circuit: It is four pulses and the code is in the inner separation time of the pulses; the period of each block of 4 pulses is 30 milliseconds and it is controlled by the adjustable resistor which is next to the C1069C circuit.
